The Anderton Corporation operates north of Charlotte, North Carolina in the Lake Norman region. Our primary expertise is in commercial real estate. Since 1974, we have successfully rehabilitated a wide variety of property types, including historic retail and warehouse space, restaurants, light industrial and multi-family dwellings. We've also branched out into single-family residential properties, acquiring neglected properties and successfully re-integrating them into the surrounding communities.

We buy and refurbish non-functional properties, focusing on bringing these properties "back into the community" in which they are located and provide our customers and tenants with a home or place of business of which they can be proud, just as we are to offer it to them. We carry a portfolio of secured non-conventional loans primarily with high-risk small business owners and secondarily with high-risk home owners.
